CUSTOM ARTWORK
Our Pets Are Family.
As a fellow animal lover, I understand, we will do anything for our animals. Yet we may worry that our pets won't sit still for a portrait session and chaos will ensue. My own animals can be the wiggliest and not the best behaved and I love them to pieces. I set up a photo shoot with them in my studio, and from that experience created my "pets first " system.
- Worried your dog or cat won't sit still?
- Unsure about how they will interact with the props?
- Need help choosing what artwork is best for you?
Testimonials
Amy took portraits of our dog Hope as part of a fundraiser to support the New Life Pantry. She brought treats and toys to capture Hope in her best moments. Amy is a true professional and takes gorgeous photos.
PEGGY SCHILLER
To say I love my cats is an understatement. Their personalities are incredible. So I was quick to agree to having Amy create portrait art of them. Once we started the session I soon realized this was going to take some patience, the term herding cats is no joke. Thankfully Amy has tons of patience. Pieces of chicken did the trick for my two. My jaw dropped and I got goosebumps when I saw the final results. This art is now hanging in my front room, the first thing I see when I walk in the house. There is nothing else like it.
LAURENE LEE
I had never been to a photo shoot before, especially for a four month old puppy. I was pretty apprehensive going in. Amy used lots of "tricks" to keep our pup engaged. The outcome was unbelievable; an album of 22 photos of our Chewy doing all sorts of fun things. Those photos certainly captured the personality of our little guy.

Creating artwork of our people with paws preserves their imprint on our hearts forever.
This is why I love to make the portrait process easy, creative, and special.
Every time you see your pet's portrait art in your home it will bring you joy.
Hello! I am Amy, and I create pet portrait artwork. Cats, dogs, horses, you name it. As a mom to kids and pets, I know we all have huge to-do lists, and taking time out for a special project can seem daunting.
My goal is to take the pressure off you for your pet’s portrait session. I employ a variety of techniques to help your pets feel comfortable and safe so that the session is enjoyable for them. My favorite things about pet sessions are all the doggie kisses and snuggles and the reward of getting those little kitties to cooperate. I have been called the “fur whisperer” on more than one occasion!
Our four-legged family members are a huge part of our lives and to me they are ALL therapy pets. When the first piece of wall art of my dog Hannah arrived, I wasn’t expecting how deeply it would touch my heart, I could feel her love. It brings me joy and always will.
I look forward to meeting your person with paws, capturing their true essence, and transforming it into art for your home and heart.
